Anokiwave has extended its 5G product line with the mmW Frequency Up/Down Converter IC Family. The AWMF-0188 IC covers the 3GPP n257, n258, n261 (24-30 GHz) bands with up/down conversion functionality and x4 LO multiplier all integrated into a single IC. The new IFIC family simplifies active antenna layout by eliminating high frequency routing.
