IFIC Family Overview



The mmW frequency up/down converter IC family are highly integrated silicon frequency conversion ICs intended for 5G phased array applications. The devices feature ESD protection on all pins, operate from 1.8 V supply, and are packaged in a WLCSP (wafer level chip scale package) for easy flip chip installation in planar phased array antennas. The family covers the 24/26, 28, and 37/39 GHz bands with up/down conversion functionality and x4 LO multiplier all integrated into a single IC. The new ICs simplify active antenna layout by eliminating high frequency routing.
