The design experience described here is a high power high isolation double pole double throw low diode switch. It combines the functionality of transmit-receive switch, diversity switch and low pass filters for harmonic rejections. It is suitable up to power level of 40 dBm. The switch is fabricated with 4 mil GaAs process with four PIN diode chips. The concept can be easily ported to other frequency of operation and larger power levels.
