RF, Microwave and mm-wave Circuit Design

Anokiwave circuit design capabilities span from DC to 100GHz and cover a wide spectrum of sate-of-the-art circuits. We have designed circuits in a variety of processes, substrates with differing semiconductors and integration technologies. We design:

Forward looking Radar in auto-motive work at 77 GHz and higher frequencies. We have extensive capabilities of designing circuitry, systems and modules at mm-wave frequency.
  • Integrated circuits using PIN, BJT, HBT, Varactors, Schottky, pHEMT, MESFET, MOSFET, etc. in Si, SiGe and GaAs processes.
  • Circuits including amplifiers (LNA, trans-impedance and PA), oscillators, mixers, switches, phase-shifters, parametric multipliers, sampling circuits, Gilbert cells, phase modulators, antenna, filters and others passive components.
